Step 1: Upload an EPUB

On the home page you’ll see an upload area. Drag and drop an .epub file onto it, or click to browse and select a file from your computer or device. Only .epub files are accepted. Once you drop or select a file, the app will add it to your library and open the reader so you can start reading right away. If you upload the same book again later, it will open directly in the reader.

Step 2: Your library

All books you upload appear in “Your library” on the home page. Each book shows its cover (if available) and title. Click a book to open it in the reader and continue from where you left off. You can remove a book from the library using the delete button that appears when you hover over the book. Your library is stored on this device only; it is not synced to the cloud or other devices.

Step 3: Reading

Inside the reader you can move between chapters using the table of contents, use previous and next to move through the book, and switch to full-screen mode for a distraction-free view. You can change font size, choose a font (including serif options), and switch between light and dark theme. Your reading position is saved automatically, so when you return to the same book you’ll continue from the same page.

• Full-screen mode hides the toolbar for a cleaner reading experience.
• Your library stays on this device. To read the same book on another device, upload the same .epub file there.

Why read EPUB in the browser?

Reading EPUBs in the browser means you don’t need to install any app or create an account. You open the site, upload a file, and start reading. Your books stay on your device, and you get a full-screen reader with table of contents, font and theme options, and automatic position saving. It works on desktop and mobile, so you can read from any device that has a browser.
